The wellness program naturally follows the successful completion of the 10 week program. Once you’ve achieved your short term goals, we can then address the behaviors that inhibit your long term success. We focus on consistency over intensity and structure over willpower.
This program requires weekly engagement, accountability and partnership to build habits that will lead you to reach your long-term goals. This includes In-body scans, nutrition planning, 1:1 workouts, and anything else you may need to guide you to success.
