Kraig Karger
Kraig's FXB Story- I was overweight as a kid. At 23 years old I lost 100 pounds and pursued a dream of becoming a professional wrestler; that is when K-train was born. I wrestled for 5 years until my dreams lead me in another direction of Bar/Restaurant Owner and Husband/ Father. Unfortunately, when I stopped wrestling I stopped working out. Eventually, I became what I was before, miserable, fat, and out of shape. I lost my business, my drive, and almost my family. I had to earn it all back. In 2012 I started going to a local gym to workout, eating pre-made boxed garbage, but it wasn't getting me the results I wanted. My boss at the time told me about this gym call FXB, I laughed...your lifting with rubber bands and cardio kickboxing? What a wuss I thought, that's not working out...so I thought! Fast forward a few months and really needing to be held accountable and hearing nothing but great things from my Andover peeps about the program, I decided to check it out. Not only did I join, I got my wife Angie to join and my 2 boys did the youth program. 10 weeks later I was receiving a check for $1000. I turned 40 that year and in the best shape of my life, my relationship with my family is the best its ever been, and now I'm an instructor!
FXB has changed my life for the best, I can never imagine that I would be working out 6 days a week, gaining muscle with "rubber bands" and kicking the crap out of a bag and absolutely loving it! It wasn't easy, it wasn't given to me...it was earned!!
